After finding numerous gutter and downspout issues in our new home, I called RJK to figure out what to do. Their sales manager, Greg Pike, was at our house the very next day and explained all of my options and pros and cons of each to make the right decision. While talking I mentioned our upstairs had been unusually hotter than the rest of the house. Greg inspected the attic and was able to recommend an option to replace the roof vent at a much lower cost than the options I was considering. It's a good thing he made that inspection too - he found a leak in the vent through the roof I never would have found until it was too late! Their crew was at our house by the end of the week, and was highly efficient and professional - they did a great job and perfectly installed everything, and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Overall I would recommend RJK without any reservation for any home construction needs - great service, high quality products, and all at a reasonable price.
Professional, prompt and courteous. Highly recommended. The Project Consultant, Charles Sreadman, is excellent. He was able to correct a leak issue that another local roofer (R&S) was unable to correct after 4 service calls.
Chose RJK because: 1) they could do all required work in-house, 2) their quote was itemized, detailed, not "good for today only" & competitive, and 3) their representatives earned our trust & respect. VERY pleased with project results & clean-up. Workers were personable, knowledgable & kept us apprised of progress, etc. Highly recommended & would not hesitate to use RJK again.
Received illustrated and detailed quote from the owner of the company, who impressed me with his professionalism, promptness and courtesy. All employees, from production manager to crew chief to roofing crew were personable and responsive to my multitude of questions. They replaced our roof and made major repairs to one section, that had always had poor ventilation. Also, replaced gutters and downspouts. Special shout out to Tom and Donny, who were terrific to work with!
