Good company. I received three bids and they were in the middle. Glad we went with them, price i thought was fair and work was good. We had to move my appointment because of the weather but it was worth the wait. Would use again and have recommended them to friends and family. They are doing my neighbors roof next week.
I had called a couple construction companies to come see the extent of the damage.. First I had called Lowes(I didn't know any better.) I knew from the moment they came for a consultation that I couldn't trust them with fixing my home. I mean, they didn't even go up on to the roof to see what the damage was! They just walked around the house and gave me a BS rundown of what I "needed" to have done. Their price point was outrageous and they expected me to wait over TWO MONTHS for them to come fix it. So then i called Karbella. They did an OUTSTANDING job on my boyfriend's parent's roof so I thought I'd give it a shot. Not only did he go up on the roof and actually check everything, he took pictures so I could see what he was seeing and he walked me through what had to be done to fix it. He gave me an estimate price and time frame and then EMAILED ME THE PICTURES HE HAD SHOWN ME PRIOR. Not to mention, the time frame was only a couple weeks and they worked with me on the price!
Great experience working with them. They were able to tear off and reroof my entire house in two days with no issues. The crew worked very well together and were very knowledgeable. I've already had them give me a quote for my bathroom which I plan to remodel this spring. Looking forward to working with them again!
We called Karbella one afternoon when we needed a roofer ASAP and they were out within a few hours to give us a quote. We were happy with their quote, and they were out working on our roof the next morning. The roof looks great and everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful. We had a home inspection done a couple days later and they said that everything looked good to them. I would (and will) definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
The day came to do the construction. The crew got here right at 8am and they didn't stop working until around 5pm. They didn't even stop to eat a lunch or anything of the sort. At the consultation they said that it would take 2-3 days since the house is a decently sized ranch. THEY GOT IT ALL DONE IN ONE DAY!!! They even discovered over 150ft of rotted wood that needed to be replaced but they got it all done super quick! When it came to clean up, they were super fast and efficient. I honestly looked out my window one minute and they were hard at work and the next minute there was no mess what-so-ever.
Karbella Construction came out to look at my roof after the heavy winds blew a lot of shingles off. They worked with my insurance company to make sure i was taken care of and installed a new roof. The workers were professional and knocked out the entire job in a day. The roof looks great! I hired them to put new gutters on our home also. They are coming out next week to do those and im sure they will look just as good as the roof. Highly recommend working with Karbella.

I have been living in my house for two months now and I knew the roof leaked but I didn't know the extent of it. I thought it was just in the garage so I wasn't worried about it until I saw that it was leaking pretty bad into the hallway by the bedrooms.
