Love that they offer free birthday burgers as part of their birthday program still. We go here every year! Detracted 1 star for slow service.
This is the first Red Robbin I have been to. I liked the atmosphere and decor. The burger was dry though and it took a while for the food to come. It was Saturday night at 7 pm though. It was a fun place though so I will try it again sometime.
Why isvit Always Cold in here? I know you want your employees comfortable but my goodness my food got cold so I took it home. This is crazy. It's cold outside why is it cold inside. I guess it's why I don't come here often.
Good waitress tables was dirty but she cleaned it well and I enjoyed the rest of my kid's dinner day
Always tasty food at a decent value. Service is hit or miss, hence the 4-star review. Love the bottomless fries! Used the men's bathroom during my visit. Be forewarned, the trash can was overflowing, the urinal had a large puddle of you-know-what under it, and the bathroom odor matched the condition of the urinal. On a better note, management is always friendly and attentive. Bottom line: stop on in for a great burger, just hold it if you have to use the restroom!
