My waitress never got it. I just watched her give the lady in front of me a glass of water. This lady came in 5 min after me. So now I have to ask for water again. This is consistent with the remarks about their service. I've been here for 10 min and still waiting on a glass of water! I just had to ask someone else to get it.

This was a Monday. The place was empty other than one other table with two elderly people sitting at it. I have a dairy allergy. I told them this upfront and asked for an allergy menu. They didn't have one. So, I googled it. Things did not line up. I requested hashbrowns that were listed as dairy free and they said that they cook them in butter at this restaurant. Didn't offer to even try making them for me without. I asked if they could check if the bread was dairy free and the waitress stumbled around saying that she was sure wheat toast would be dairy free. Later I again request that she double check before I ate it, she stumbled around again and finally checked. When they brought out my pitiful breakfast of wheat toast, eggs, and a half of a tiny slice of ham I asked for a second slice. I waited, no ham, no ham. I finally went ahead and ate. Then she brought out the bill. With a charge of extra ham. When I mentioned that I never got extra ham and should not be charged for it, she ran around and brought out a plate with a full slice of ham that had been quartered but at this point I had already eaten my meal. When I said that I wanted it with my meal and that she had already brought us the check so obviously she thought we were done, she then said, "The policy here is to bring out the check after you take your first bite. I don't like it but that's the policy". Mind you she brought us the check After I had already eaten my whole meal. All of us were done eating our meals. She did not even try to be accommodating, she never brought us refills until we complained about the check, and was constantly acting as if we were a bother. After we complained about the check she was falling over herself to actually try to be a waitress that cares. Not once did the manager come to our table. We will not be going back.

Although clean and friendly, the food was burnt. The restaurant is half full, but I sat ten minutes before being seen, then another 30 min for my meal. I needed to have my silverware replaced twice because they were dirty. Other patrons are becoming impatient, as they wait to be seated or to pay their checks.

We just left here and got the cream cheese French Toast. It is great !

We come here a couple times a month and we love it here. We usually get too much food ( we are older) so we take leftovers home. All servers are pleasant and kind.

Got omelettes today. I like the garden omelette. Yummy with broccoli and mushrooms.

I suggest they write down the order so they don't forget stuff and make sure the cook knows how to cook red meat to order as advertised. Other than that I like the place and the staff is nice and respectful.

Very nice and polite servers.

I like the food except the cook NEVER makes the steaks to order. Ask for med well, you get well done. Fine.. Ask for medium, you get well done. I guess I'll ask for raw and maybe I'll get med well. I'm sitting here now. 1st thing I asked for was water.

Again, everything was delicious and servers very attentive.

They stay right on top of your needs. Always right there with another drink.

Horrible service. We were seated but never waited on. The person who seated us noticed that we had not been waited on yet. He went to the back. We assumed he was going to the back to inform someone we had been waiting. A server then came out and proceeded to wait on the couple behind us who had just been seated a few minutes prior. Suffice it to say, we left.
