Everyone really nice and professional. In and out in 15 minutes for a dot drug test. Doesn't get any better than that.
From the minute I walked in the door their service was excellent. They checked me in and let me know what their procedure was. When I completed my paperwork they told me what this next step would be and it would be a few minutes. They took me back for my pre-employment screening and physical. All staff especially my tech knew their job, paperwork that needed to be completed and were friendly. Doctor was friendly as well and she assessed me. Upon checkout I did leave a personal note of thanks for such a great job of customer service with their specific names. I don't recall their names but everyone there was excellent !!!!! Thank you for this wonderful experience.
It took over a week to get my physical to my new job! It's not like I had a choice to go elsewhere to get my physical and urine test done because the job pays for it.... which is nice but still I really needed to work a lot sooner and may have been able to it this company worked more efficient.
I had a very pleasant experience at Concentra the staff was awesome and extremely thorough in there handling of me. They answered any and all questions I had about the various procedures. I would definitely recommend Concentra urgent care.
My insurance gave me this number to call for urgent care in my area (for my 5 month old). The first time I called I was put on hold for 7 minutes and hung up on. The second call the woman literally picked the phone up and slammed it back down ...lol. Wow. They must really take good care of patients here...
