I do not normally write reviews, but I could not help but to give this store credit. I asked for a very nontraditional (probably annoying) request for a pizza. I called days before to make sure my request would be accepted on the desired day and I talked to the night manager Brad. Not only was he willing to help but he also made sure my request was done during his availability. Although I was ordering all the way from Bowling Green, I will continue to use Papa Johns as the number one pizza stop whenever visiting Willoughby. Thank you, Brad!
Box probably would have been better. If I could have gave it a negative 5 I would have.

Love this one, go there often since they always have great deals going. Pizza is great tasting and the workers are very nice. No real complaints except sometimes the pizza isn't done on time. But its not the end of the world.
