Extremely poor customer service. Rude owner. People, be aware. Their pick up and delivery service is a total scum
I literally had my hands full of clothes to drop off and it was 7:01. I saw a customer in the store so I didn't realize they closed at 7 so I tried pulling the door twice. The girl literally stared at me then looked down. Terrible customer service and I will not be going back. You don't acknowledge someone then look away. She was clearly in a rush to leave as she was more worried about locking the door than taking care of the customer that was already there. Never again

Customer service is the first thing that made me turn around and walk right back out of the door. And all I got was basically oh well.
One of the worst customer service I have experienced. If they promise a date for pick up, I would recommend waiting a good 3-4 days past the promised date to go and pick up your stuff. Never ready on time, no one knows what the other person in the store is doing. Poor follow-up. I would NOT recommend them at all.
