Been going here for years. I like the place and the people who work there. Lately, most of their dryers do not heat up properly, and you lose money, have to get the attendant to reset them, or just move to a different dryer.
I love this place. I have been coming here for many years. However, when I showed up recently with my fiancé and his two boys, we were told we had to use the bigger washers. When the 4 year old started acting up, like 4 yr olds do, we were given dirty looks and told to keep him under control. Usually I have no problem but they definitely are NOT kid friendly. I had to ask my fiancé to take them to a park.
Pretty clean, triple loader washing machines are nice. Main complaint is how often the dryers stop being warm mid-cycle. If you aren't sitting there babysitting your load, checking the warmth every ten minutes you will lose time and money. They usually only reimburse you a dollar, if that.
If they would fix, or replace the bad dryers, I would give them 5 stars. I keep waiting for this to happen. If it does not, I will have to go somewhere else.
Besides a lot of the washers being out of order almost all the time. Its a nice place, decently priced, and the staff is helpful.
This place is awful! The woman who works there is so rude! She didn't speak when I came in and said hello. She was rude to an elderly woman who was washing and got her quarters stuck in the machine. She didn't even have enough home training to hand her back her money. She slammed it on the washer a few down from where she was washing and told her " next time don't keep shoving them in the machine". She was nasty to a lady asking her about how much soap to use in the big washer. The sign is covered up by carp by the way. She continued to cough and cough and cough all over the place without even trying to cover her mouth. There are always a ton of machines out of order and there is no damn tanning. Waist of my time and patience.
