I bought a sliding patio door and after I installed it we noticed it was defective. Called the store and talked to a customer service representative. He talked to his supervisor and I came back into the store they sold me a better door and delivered it the following day. I did not have any hassle whatsoever returning the old door and the Lowes team was very nice and professional. Thank you. A satisfied customer!

The staff is so unbelievably rude and moronic. Asked someone in the hardware department for a kick plate and he had no idea what it was. And then was rude to me when I had questions about it. There was only 1 person on register and a huge line of people. No one knows anything about anything and the whole staff is smart with you. I wish I could rate my experiences 0 stars. I HATE this lowes.
I had so much work done on my house by Lowe's. I will never do business with them again. They do not give you any details when you agree to an intallation. My roof is leaking and they only guarantee the materials. Good luck !!
I just came from lowes on a Thursday evening no help call several times no amswer went there employees were hidding did not want to be at work or assist customers
