A little annoyed at the moment. I feel like I wasted a couple hours here today. My father and I both lease here and have bought vehicles from here in the past. First, I was offered a lease over double what I pay now for basically the same car. All the other offers I heard were 50 - 75% increases of what I currently pay. Loyal customers deserve better.

Erik was very helpful in helping us to find exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He even worked with us through e-mail prior to meeting, and gave us all the information we needed so that we could make an informed decision since the dealership was an hour away from us. It was definitely worth the drive and we fully recommend this dealership and Erik Green!

When I later went to retrieve my vehicle the gm walked me to my car since I was unaware of its location. He noticed my hood was up. Turns out they changed my oil and left the cap stuck in my hood release and oil sprayed on this nice mans coat. Let me say I did not give them permission to change my oil (had a free one coming) and would have preferred any work found to be performed by a different covered dealer due to lack of respect or care for other people's cars. Luckily the gm notice the hood bc I could have driven off and the hood could have been damaged by flying up!

I let him know the price to evaluate my car issue should have been addressed prior to diagnosing the issue. This is after they told me my car was un-drivable due to the entirely drained battery. I left a voicemail for the service manager Eric. Dave called me on his lunch to apologize and said they were going to not charge me this fee now.

Took 10 calls Monday to get someone to even talk to me. Dave in service preceded to inform me my battery was completely dead and would need to be replaced. After an outrageous estimate for a battery I let him know I would pass and have the battery installed by a family friend. I asked what I needed to do to pick up my vehicle. Dave informed me there was a $125 fee to tell me my battery was dead. Remember I have a lifetime warranty under this vehicle.

Adventure deserves no less than 5 stars. I was totally impressed from the moment my husband and I started to inquire about purchasing a jeep wrangler. As soon as I inquired the salesman literally called me an hour or so later to start the process of fulfilling what we wanted to get. When we went in to test drive one, everything was smooth and no one was pushy. To me that is a huge selling point, when you are not being forced or pushed in a certain direction. I had to wait 2 weeks to get the jeep that I wanted, but it was well worth the wait. It is absolutely perfect, and would go back here anytime for another vehicle, or tell a friend about it. Our salesman honestly was the reason I wanted to stay with Adventure and purchase our vehicle from there. Ken Irons was nothing short of fantastic. He put a lot of work into finding the perfect jeep for me, and it was greatly appreciated. The day I picked my jeep up, everything was explained to me in perfect detail about the vehicle, so I felt comfortable with my purchase and became familiar with it. Thank you so much to the Adventure group for exceeding my expectations.

My car died. So, I needed to replace it fairly quickly. Rentals are not cheap.

The gm was the only person who seemed to care. He did say he would speak to the service manager the next day but I never heard from anyone today. I drove my car home it was fine today and yesterday. I had the battery checked it is at a normal output and so are the other power parts. I do believe the cold weather may have shocked my battery and I am having it replaced but this place is only looking to make you feel your options are only what they tell you and there is no other option. If you have a choice go anywhere else but here.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had to get my vehicle towed in since it would not start or was incapable of being jumped. It is covered under under a lifetime warranty.

I walked into the dealership having helped my spouse purchase a vehicle at the same location. We had worked with Terry then. I was impressed with his work ethic and desire to please his customers. So, I went back. I had a number in my head. At first, I thought I was going to leave. But, Terry "fixed" something and I was able to lease the car within an hour. The vehicle has features I never dreamed of and a mileage allowance that is workable for me. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I am very pleased. And I really like my 2017 Jeep Renegade.
