Usually this place is pretty good with their staff, however the manager named Gretchen was very rude when I called to ask about Converse tennis shoes and if she could describe the black and pink shoes in here store to me. Her reply was do you have the internet u can look them up. When I told her she was rude. She said it's very difficult to describe a converse tennis shoe. I ended up going to different famous footwear and when I called them over the phone they were very nice and could describe a Converse tennis shoes.
