I Stayed at Motel 6 In Willoughby Ohio. Room 202. There were Lady Bugs in my room as well as several STINK BUGS! THE ROOM WAS FILTHY! With the Bugs and the Dirty room, was not a very good experience at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO A FAMILY. I never said anything to Staff. I was sleepy. STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! NICE KIDS WORKING FRONT DESK! ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT!
The staff was excellent. I dropped my cell phone in the toilet and the front desk clerk could not have helped me enough to find a Walmart to purchase a new one so I could contact my family. I thought the overall appearance could have been better that is the reason for 4 stars. Room was very clean.
Check in was quick and efficient, the desk clerk Justice was professional and because there were others in the lobby, she handled giving my key card with discretion. My request for a first floor room with close parking was a non issue. The room was clean, the bathroom immaculate. I am in the middle of a two day move from Indiana to New York.
Very nice. Cheap but lovely at the same time. They treat you like family. Spend three weeks there and not one problem
Oh my God these are the most awesome people on earth in the motel industry!!! I was bringing animals thru from hurricane in Texas rescues and got to my house in Euclid to find out I was invaded by squatters and stray cats through our doggie door!!! House was infested by fleas and God knows what else in our 3 month absence!!! This motel 6 has been allowing us to stay with rescue dog and kittens while our house has been fumigated and ongoing cleanup for almost a month now! Service is awesome and patient as I am often not here due to necessity to be at Cleveland Clinic hosp with my partner who has had recently bad side effects from her chemo treatment. They have been so good to me I can’t tell you how wonderful these people are, compassionate and personable and awesome! In these trials of mine they have gone the extra mile to make things a little less painful for me they deserve the ultimate reward on customer service!!! I’ve stayed in many Motel6 across the us these folks are the greatest ever!!! Never saw any illegal drug use or commotion in parking area always have been greeted by other residents respectfully on my walks with my rescue dog! And my dog is an idiot, a rescue with fear aggression issues! Thank you Motel6 for some sanity in my chaotic life.
