There is no other mechanic in this city of Cleveland that measures up the Gary Febo and his crew......we have been customers of his for over 20 yrs. We live in mayfield hts and drive to kirtland for his service.....he is simply the most honest, reliable and accurate mechanic around.....his prices are fair and good....
Gary and team are awesome! I've used them a few times and they provided solid work at fair prices. They are friendly, reasonable and even personable. The only hitch I ever had from work they did was greatly over -tightened lug nuts from a mechanic getting a bit too happy with the air wrench, apparently. Now, that is a pretty common (bad) practice but they might want to keep an eye on employees doing that; all I know is it rose up and bit me at a very very inconvenient time, which is why I am so sure that it happened. Wheel lugs should be carefully torqued...always. Still, 5 stars because they deserve it, as does any honest reliable repair shop.
We have just used Gary and his team for both our cars and they do great work for reasonable price and back their work.
Hard to find this kind of service these days.
