Shame on me for coming back to this place period came in for an oil change and tire rotation after setting up an appointment online the day previous period with confirmation of appointment in hand they had no record of it. And zero availability until the next day. They lost my business

The on-line order should trigger a delivery of the tires, or the manager should look ahead at future appointments to see that they have what they need in stock.
Gave 2 stars as the guys I spoke with were nice. Made online reservation and had to wait over an hour for an hour and a half oil change.
Back again for a tire replacement and oil change after setting up an appointment earlier in the week. They were unprepared even though I gave them all the info needed and on the phone they said they would have the replacement tire on hand. I'm once again waiting 1:45 to get the tire here then have the work done. I'm an idiot for coming back.
Great place and great prices!!! The only thing I'm concerned about, is that I made an appt online for 930am. Now, I understand that Saturday's are busy, but it's 1040am and my car is still sitting out there. Come on Conrads, I know you can do good work, but if you can't get cars in a reasonable time, maybe you should hire more staff for Saturday's. However, I will still remain a loyal customer!!!

Although they had my car from 7:30 AM until 8:45 AM, they couldn't be bothered with calling me to tell me that the tires were on order. This store is poorly managed. I do not recommend patronizing this location.
You can order tires on-line and make an appointment in advance. Even though you give them a 3-day notice that you are coming for installation, they don't even check to see if they have the tires in stock until the day of service. That's when they order them brought to the store.
Had a 11am appointment with a 1 hour promise time. They didn't finish until 2:17pm.
